Pastor Dave is now in his sixteenth year with us.   His tenure here is the longest in our 120 year history.  He's a little unorthodox in his appearance but very orthodox in his beliefs.

He just turned sixty years old in January, and he still seems to have enough energy to pastor this church and work a full time job on the side.  In addition, this year he's putting together a trip to Israel.  (If you're interested in possibly going along in November, click here for more info.) 
             
We invite you to join us any Sunday as he leads us in worship.  His "down-home" preaching style is used to challenge us in accordance with God's Word.  His grandchildren call him Grandpa, but we like to call him "Preacher."

                                     A WORD FROM THE PASTOR

I would like to announce my new website, www.PulpitMan.com.  I rolled it out this past October.  I hope you'll find it to be helpful or at least amusing.

This website will be an outlet for me to be humorous, get a few things off my chest, and maybe even prod someone to understand the Bible a little better.  If nothing else, hopefully it will provide you with a few laughs.  If I've learned anything in this world, it's that we need to take ourselves a little less seriously and laugh a whole lot more.

I also intend it to be a forum for anyone who wishes to dialog with me in a non-threatening setting.  I invite you to check it out.
